Montis Distilling

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, nestled close to the mountains, is Whistler’s first, small-batch craft distillery, Montis Distilling. Inspired by its geographical location and its surroundings, Montis wanted to produce a brand and packaging that revolved around the northern Whistler mountains.

From logo development to bottles selecting, we worked with the client to create a label dieline that is inspired by the mountain ridgelines seen from the Whistlers ski areas. Additionally, we developed names and stories revolving around a mountainous lifestyle. With that theme in mind, Montis created an Alpine Gin that contains subtle notes of coniferous trees, and a crisp North Vodka inspired by the northern skies.
