Briteweb
Briteweb is a creative agency focusing on social impact, defining and refining brands, and co-creating digital solutions that tell real stories—encouraging advocacy and inspiring action. Unlike most creative agencies, they combine a nuanced understanding of the impact sector with an uncommonly collaborative, deeply empathetic, people-first approach. Having worked as an independent brand design partner for Briteweb for many years, I was hired to redesign and later evolve the brand identity to what it is today.
Their values had evolved; how they approached clients and articulated their services was also evolving. They were growing in different areas and the level of work being created needed to reflect their expertise in solving problems for the impact-driven organizations they worked for. Their team saw themselves as digital design architects, so a brand system that connoted the architecture of design evolved in the form of a grid system that incorporated a more inclusive, fun, and diverse colour palette. A way to show the work that happens behind the scenes, if you will. Combined with interesting crops of shapes derived from their logo, a flexible system was created that could evolve over time and for more years to come.
